As part of our commitment to quality and continual improvement, we will be performing changes to our core network which will allow us to offer additional L3VPN services to our customers.
What will happen?
Our network engineering team will be making configuration changes to the core network in Dubai, Singapore and Tokyo to allow us to offer new L3VPN services to our customers.
Customers may notice changes in latency as traffic is diverted to alternative paths.
When will the work be carried out?
The window will begin at 19:00 (BST) on Tuesday 26th April 2022 and is expected to last until 22:00 (BST)
For the local times:
Dubai local time 22:00 (GMT+4) Tuesday 26th April 2022 until 01:00 (GMT+4) Wednesday 27th April
Singapore local time 02:00 (GMT+8) Wednesday 27th April 2022 until 05:00 (GMT+8) Wednesday 27th April
Tokyo local time 03:00 (JST) Wednesday 27th April 2022 until 06:00 (JST) Wednesday 27th April
Will I experience downtime?
As with any upgrade or maintenance work there is an increased risk to services.
Customers may experience a brief period of higher latency as traffic fails to an alternative path around the network.
All customers should consider their services to be “at risk” for the entire duration of the maintenance windows.
